A contemporary architectural transformation of an existing beachfront commercial building, designed to enhance its visual identity, functionality, and connection with the surrounding coastal landscape. The proposal introduces modern glazed enclosures, refined façade detailing, and an integrated protective shutter system designed to respond to challenging coastal weather conditions.
